HDL W43 Metal plate leveling machine, specializes in leveling metal plates in normal temperature. During repeat curvature correction, the metal plate become smother. Varies curvatures gradually turned to single curvature (Bauschinger effect), enables the plate with even, smooth, level surface. It can be constructed with varies numbers of work rollers to suit different sizes of metal plates. Varies kinds of materials including pewter, copper, brass, aluminium, steel, high grade steel can be processed on this machine. It is widely used in areas of machine, vehicle, metal product, household electronic, decoration, etc.
